IUVSTA NEWS BULLETIN
INTERNATIONALE POUR LA SCIENCE, LA TECHNIQUE ET LES APPLICATIONS DU VIDE
Address: 7 Mohawk Crescent, Nepean, ONT K2G 0N9 Canada
This is the second message from the current President, D. Phillip Woodruff.
This is the second IUVSTA News Bulletin of this triennium, 1998 -2001. We got a bit behind with No. 144 due to the changes involved with the new triennium. We will be doing our best to catch up. In doing so we are trying to get the articles of this issue out as soon as possible by continuing to update until everything is complete. This will hopefully also act as an extra incentive for the contributors.
