Development and deepening of international

cooperation in the field of science and education,

development of all-round ties with the engineering

and technical community, representatives of

business structures, assistance in the integration

of Russian scientists and specialists into the world

community.

The main directions of work of the RSTVVS:

Physical phenomena in a vacuum

Vacuum systems and devices. Calculation and

modeling of vacuum systems and technological

processes

Special technological equipment

Thin film coatings and nanostructures

Vacuum technologies and aerospace complex.

Vacuum-levitation transport systems

Biomedical technology

Emission processes and sources of charged

particles in devices

Regular domestic vacuum activities

Scientific and technical conference “Vacuum

science and technology”, Gurzuf, Sochi,

Sudak, Feodosia. 24 conferences were held.

Between 1994 and 2017 more than two

thousand reports were published. The number

of authors is more than two thousand.

Scientific and Technical Conference “Vacuum

Equipment and Technology”, St. Petersburg.

24 conferences were held.

International Scientific and Technical Conference

“High Technologies in the Industry of Russia”,

Moscow. 22 conferences were held.

Constantly functioning scientific and technical

seminar “Electrovacuum technique and

technology”. 35 meetings were held. Four

volumes of papers have been published. The

number of authors is more than two hundred.

Student Scientific and Technical Conference

“Vacuum Technique and Technology”, Kazan.

Eight conferences were held.

About 500 reports of students and young

scientists have been published, representing

30 educational institutions from 20 cities of

Russia.

All-Russian Youth Scientific and Practical

Conference “Vacuum, compressor equipment

and pneumatic units”, Moscow. Five

conferences were held.

The Journal “VacuumTechnique and

Technology”

Ithasbeenpublishedsince1991.Themainsections

of the journal are: vacuum physics, calculation of

vacuum systems, vacuum measurements, leak

detection, vacuum generation, vacuum system

design, electronic devices manufacturing, vacuum

deposition, implantation, education, conferences

and seminars. More than 800 articles have been

published by more than one thousand authors.

International Exhibition of Vacuum

Equipment, Materials andTechnologies

VacuumTechExpo

The exhibition was organised by MVK

International Exhibition Company as part of the

ITE group of companies. Co-organizer of the

exhibition and the organizer of the business

program is the RSTVVS. Twelve exhibitions were

held in which 182 world and domestic vacuum

equipment manufacturers took part from Austria,

Belarus, Great Britain, Germany, Israel, China,

Korea, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Slovakia, Slovenia,

USA, Ukraine, France, Switzerland, Japan.

The main objectives of the exhibition are the

demonstration of unique achievements in the

field of vacuum equipment, materials and

technologies and their promotion to the market;

establishment of business contacts, attraction

of investments; assistance in the formation

and implementation of national and regional

programs in this field.

Within the frames of the VacuumTechExpo the

international scientific and technical conference

“Vacuum Equipment, Materials and Technology”

is working. The conference has been attended

by representatives of Belarus, Germany, China,

Korea, Liechtenstein, Mongolia, Netherlands,

Russia, Romania, Ukraine. For 12 years more

than 600 reports were published, the number of

authors is more than 800.

Representatives of Moscow, the Moscow Region

(Balashikha, Dubna, Zhukovsky, Zelenograd, Istra,

Obolensk, Podolsk, Protvino, Reutov, Tomilino,

Fryazino, Khimki, Chernogolovka, Elektrogorsk),

St.

Petersburg,

Siberia

(Zheleznogorsk,

Iskitim, Novosibirsk, Omsk, Tomsk), the Urals

(Ekaterinburg, Perm, Chelyabinsk), the Volga

region (Yoshkar-Ola, Kazan, Samara, Rybinsk,

Ulyanovsk), Belgorod, Voronezh, Kaliningrad,

Makhachkala, Pskov, Saransk, Tambov, Tula

participated in these exhibitions and conferences.

In 2010-2017 the competition “For high

innovative achievements in the sphere of high

technologies” was held, in total 67 products

received the awards.

The exhibition “VacuumTechExpo” for 12 years

of existence has become the main event of the

year in the field of domestic vacuum technique

and technology.

The vacuum community of Russia has a

considerable potential. The greatest potential

is concentrated in the Moscow region, St.

Petersburg, Kazan, Saratov, Novosibirsk, Omsk,

Tomsk, Krasnoyarsk.
